Your Email Address and Personal Details
The Physical Disability Council of NSW website will only record your email address and other personal details in the event that you send us a message by email, join our mailing list or submit any form on our website (including by not limited to registration forms, contact forms etc). The provision of personal details on the feedback form is optional. Users may provide details for the purpose of receiving a reply to their feedback.
Your email address and personal details will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to a regular mailing list without your prior consent by way of a specific request in writing.
Your email address will be linked to other identifiable data you provide and will be stored on a secured database.
Your email address and personal details may be used from time to time for marketing purposes (e.g. membership drives) on approval of The Executive Officer. You are able to opt out of all communications by contacting us and asking us to place “Do not mail” and/or “Do not email” tags to your database entry.
We will not disclose your email address or personal details to any other organisation for any other purpose without your prior written consent except, in the unlikely event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant.
The Physical Disability Council of NSW uses a “cookie” for maintaining contact with a user through a PDCN website session. A cookie is a small file supplied by the PDCN website and stored by the web browser software on your computer when you access the Physical Disability Council of NSW website.
