Through this interactive workshop, led by our approachable lived experience facilitators, you will gain better knowledge and understanding of disability employment, useful facts backed by research, and enhanced skills to assist your job hunting and successful employment.
You will explore the other side of the table, learning about the main concerns preventing employers from engaging people with disabilities and how to bust those myths and allay their fears.
The self-advocacy elements of the session will provide you with greater self-belief to apply for jobs and request reasonable adjustments, and the confidence to speak up and advocate for yourself.
