The work of the NSW IMPACT Forum was the inspiration behind The Better Practice Project (BPP) for Home and Community Care (HACC) in NSW.  A website established by the IMPACT forum has been around for some time. What's new is a Steering Committee has been established to oversee development of this website which will:

• Continue to support change to think differently... from within services, organisations, and by people within the broader community
• Capture what is happening in the wider aged and community care sector (including those under the age of 65) and
• Provide links to person centred, strengths based, enabling initiatives, papers, projects, training materials, and tools that are available.
