Applications for membership need to be submitted on the application form. Each application is considered by the Committee of Management.  The decision of the Committee of Management is provided to the applicant.

• Individual

Individual membership of PDCN is available to any person who wishes to join.  The individual membership fee is due at the end of the financial year. As a member you will have considerable opportunities to inform the work of PDCN.  For example, via strategic planning and consultations on particular issues.

• Organisational

Organisational membership is available with a membership fee of $55 per annum (inc GST).  Organisational members will also have the opportunity to inform the work of PDCN.  For example, by attending the Organisational Forum held twice each year.
